A Voice, a haiku

Micah, another messenger, another voice of one calling in the wilderness. His intended audience were willfully deaf – and blind. How are we doing today? What will the verdict be over yonder?  This is that same ancient question asked of every generation – “Adam, where are you?”

Haiku #_Call

Can you hear his call,

Soft approaching footfalls?

Wisdom does not stall.

Don’t falter. Take one more step forward. And then another. This war will end. It will end well for those who persevere.

“You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder.” James 2:19 (NASB)

Quaking here. Lord have mercy on me, a sinner. I do believe. Help me where and when a shadow of doubt dims Your light. In and through Christ alone.

the quality of a video depends on message and messenger. Here is a strong voice with a stronger message. The voice is one classic Johnny Cash.

~The Lord called out to the man and asked, “Where are you?” Genesis 3:9
