The Rejected

It does seem Caesarism across the world is spreading and some institutional church entities are willingly endeavoring to compromise something they may never have known anyway.

However, there are some who choose to speak their steadfast profession in many ways, many forms, and in their lives:

There is a wildness still in (Our Land) that will not feed

In cages. it shrinks away from the touch of the vilifying hand,

Not easy to silence, not easy to tame. It will never agree

to a parole for minor convenience. It will not be banned.

Do not blame us too much if we that are stubborn folk

Cannot swell the rejoicings at this new world you make.

—We, Christian as Newton or Spurgeon, strange to world’s yoke

As Bunyan, surly as John (that baptizer), lamb-like as Blake.

A new scent troubles the air—to you, friendly perhaps—

But we with wisdom have understood that smell.

To all our kind its message is insufferable, lies, and scraps,

And an entity gassing the stubborn places in which we dwell.

In Christ we are sealed, it shall never, no never, ever be repealed.

China: “Stop going to church, or else…” One example.

Women received back their dead, raised to life again. *There were others who were tortured, refusing to be released so that they might gain an even better resurrection. Some faced jeers and flogging, and even chains and imprisonment. They were put to death by stoning; they were sawed in two; they were killed by the sword. They went about in sheepskins and goatskins, destitute, persecuted and mistreated— the world was not worthy of them. They wandered in deserts and mountains, living in caves and in holes in the ground.

These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised, since God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. Hebrews 11:35_40
