Affinity

Come Nearer

Wisdom said, seek intensely but labor less

Focus your all on me, I will produce the rest

Look for me, do you see me, do you want me still more

Savior said, I am all you have more than you can ever desire

All you could ever hope for is complete in me

Do you feel me, my nearness, my breath in your breath

I AM said,  come to me your hand is in my hand, head bowed down

Utterances in whispers, I hear, I know, I feel, I weep, I laugh – I am here

Come nearer to me, invitation will not disappoint, I belong to you, you to me

Come nearer, do not fear, I have no harm in me, for you only good

Draw closer, I long for you, I desire your desire,

your closeness to me now and forever more

Do you see me, do you sense me, do you recognize who I Am

Eclectics in renderings, prose and poetry, rhyme and free verse. More info available in 'About Me' in my 'Hiding in Plain Site.' There is a small square box with three little dots inside, on the upper right hand side of every blog posted page,at the right side of title banner. Click on those dots to take you to a "hidden" site page with more info provided by me, including "follow" button and "About me." (I didn't design this.It came as-is). Also, WP has a mandatory banner at the bottom of the screen about privacy and cookies policy that blocks the visibility of a "follow" button that pops up under a "close and accept' of the privacy agreement. You must click the 'close and accept' to see the follow button. Things are becoming more complicated to navigation with hidden activations and complex instructions.

  1. The very thing that we were created for, want desperatly, scares us into a denial of ones vagrant soul and blame God for being elusive if there at all. You threw back the covers on Jeremiah 29:13 G.W. Good one

    1. Thanks, Gary, my friend. We have met the enemy and he is us. Glad the Lord is stubborn in His love for such. Grace and mercy lavished upon us. Flowing milk and honey all over and upon we who should be dust.
